As the Centre Leader/2IC, you support the center upper management in various aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring the well-being and education of children, safety of children, while maintaining compliance with regulations. You will play active roles in duties such as
- Supervision and Support
- Enrolment and Tours
- Curriculum and Learning
- Staff Management
- Budgeting and rostering
- Record management
- Parent communications
- Emergency management

To be successful, you will have the appropriate qualifications (Diploma or WT a higher qualification) a Working with Children Check in South Australia, and appropriate working rights in Australia.
