**The role**

We are currently seeking the services of a **SAP REFX Systems Analyst** to join our Sydney based SAP team.

The role of **SAP Systems Analyst** supports the existing SAP solution, working with the GPT business to assess and document their SAP system requirements.

The role will act as the bridge between the Business and Corporate Technology teams and will be required to analyse, transform and ultimately resolve business problems with the help of technology.

**What you will be doing**
- Working closely with Subject Matter Experts, process owners, project teams and other stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements and system enhancements;
- Providing first-line user support and troubleshooting activities for SAP FICO and SAP REFX (including other integrated cloud solutions such as Concur and SuccessFactors);
- Identifying, proposing, designing and improving the REFX solution, ensuring that SAP REFX module is optimally configured to support business needs and processes
- Prepare and validate detailed functional specifications to provide to the development team for implementation/development;
- Undertake quality assurance and testing of solutions, co-ordinate and manage business user acceptance testing including test scripts;

**What makes you stand out**

You will be tertiary educated with significant experience in SAP REFX support or consulting and FICO exposure. Experience in other SAP modules will be highly regarded, in particular, Procurement, purchasing, Human Resources or with cloud solutions Concur and SuccessFactors.

A clear communicator in both written and verbal form, you will have produced structured functional specification documentation and be able to engage with all stakeholder groups, including third party support providers.
