**The Opportunity**

The UGL Rail & Technology Systems sector is seeking experienced Drafters to design and prepare engineering drawings for projects based in Perth, WA.

**Some key responsibilities of this role will include**:
- Understand and prepare engineering documentation as directed-
- Prepare drawings and Models to budgeted hours and timeframes as directed-
- Ensure drawings are comprehensively set out and fully dimensioned with reasonable tolerances to facilitate effective construction or manufacture using normally available equipment and process-
- Check the drawings prepared by the other draftspersons when directed**About You**:
- Must have experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation in the relevant discipline for Building or Transport infrastructure projects-
- Experience with 2D and/or 3D Modelling-
- Familiarity with AS1100 drafting standards-
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands-
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.-
