**THE COMPANY**

Rebul Packaging is a manufacturer of custom transport crating out of honeycomb

board, utilising specialised honeycomb board and laminator machinery.

**THE ROLE**

Rebul Packaging is on the hunt for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic person

to join our team in the role of a Production Manager. The applicant must have in

depth knowledge and understanding of honeycomb core making and laminator

machinery and production processes. This is a full time position.

Duties will consist of but not be limited to the following key areas:

- Manage and coordinate the Melbourne Factory and national operations
- Make decisions regarding Rebul custom machinery and other relevant business

matters
- Monitoring and leading of general factory work and developing high quality

production standards with no poor-quality issues dispatched
- Monitoring output and costs
- Ensuring schedule is completed on time to required efficiency and coordinating

production priorities
- Complete staff performance reviews and handle HR related issues
- Provide regular constructive feedback to staff and provide ideas for improvement
- Work in a leadership position and ensure all leadership behaviours are exhibited at

all times.
- Organise and handle priorities in accordance with the best outcomes for the

business
- Contribute to the team and manage stress and staff morale in a high-pressure

environment
- Operation and control of new custom Rebul equipment and maintenance of this

machinery.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Experience in managing a team;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Extensive experience with honeycomb core and laminator machinery in addition to

custom made notch cutting machinery;
- Extensive experience in box making with Honeycomb board materials;
- Must have Rebul crate design experience; and,
- More than 6 years’ experience in custom machinery and management.

**THE PERSON**

The successful applicant needs to be driven by success and have the above

qualifications are highly regarded, or alternatively, must have sufficient experience in

lieu of qualifications.

You will receive an attractive remuneration package ($90,000 per annum)

determined by your skill and experience level, in return for your hard work,

commitment and passion for being part of a successful and thriving business.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
