**Your new company**

A value lead, renewables energy organisation based in West Melbourne is looking for a social media expert to create video content for their growing residential customer base. Dedicated to sustainable power for over a decade, the team now need your creativity and expertise to help spread the message even further.

**Your new role**

This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing, working alongside a team of 9. This role has been newly created to focus on creating engaging content around sustainability and increase engagement of customers across all social media channels, for example, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Researching and identifying the latest trends, topics, and hashtags that appeal to the target audience.
- Planning, shooting and editing short-form video and image content that showcases the brand’s personality, values, and products to increase leads.
- 2 + years hands-on experience shooting content, editing and posting.
- Portfolio of video content is a must to demonstrate skills
