We're looking for a highly creative Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to help us grow our brand's reach, engagement, and following across key platforms.

**THE ROLE**:

- Develop and execute the Allkinds social media strategy to increase reach, followers, and engagement.
- Manage all social platforms, fostering a thriving and engaged community.
- Create weekly content plans for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Schedule, post, and write engaging captions for all content across social channels.
- Plan and execute user-generated content shoots.
- Collaborate with Allkinds staff in Support Office and Retail to produce authentic social media content.
- Manage our creator program and edit UGC content to support paid social campaigns.
- Stay on top of the latest TikTok and emerging social trends, providing regular trend reports and proposing creative ideas.
- Attend events and activations to capture real-time content.
- Analyse content performance and report back on key insights.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure social creatives are completed on time for sign-off.
- Respond to campaign briefs with innovative and engaging social media plans.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- 2+ years' experience in a social media role, ideally within retail or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing and growing a brand's social media presence, including TikTok.
- Hands-on experience in content creation, including shooting and editing content on your phone.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing your skills in social content creation.
- Highly creative and agile, with the ability to quickly jump on trends.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Comfortable being on camera, recording voiceovers, and directing talent.
- Must hold a valid working with children check
