We are recruiting for a **Customer Service Consultant** to join our Business Development Centre located in **Southport**. The Business Development Centre (Hub) is the heartbeat of Frizelle Sunshine Automotive.

**What the role entails**:

- Interacting with a high volume of customers
- Providing an exceptional level of customer experience
- Various ad-hoc administration-based functions
- Working towards KPIs and other performance outcomes
- Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities
