**Client Profile**

Our client is widely respected across the Australian hospitality market, operating a diverse suite of venues spanning multiple major cities. Known for their commitment to creating concepts that speak directly to their local demographic, the business is experiencing year-on-year growth as a result of its focus on service delivery.

As the National Operations Manager you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue portfolio.

You will guide your direct reports in an inclusive and nurturing manner, leading them across compliance, marketing, product development, service and all relevant operational topics.

The challenge of operating a national portfolio of venues will call on all facets of your experience. Time management and delegation are critical skills that will be required in spades, and a proven track-record of multi-site management spanning restaurants, pubs, accommodation and leisure is essential.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Experience as a Group Operations Manager or Area Manager in a medium to large hospitality group
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead a teams through clear communication of expectations
- Complete understanding of hospitality regulatory compliance aspects across all states
- Market leading commercial acumen relevant to cost control and supplier negotiation
- The ability to create and evolve marketing strategies across various venue styles and target markets
- Personal accountability and the discipline to work autonomously
- Willingness to travel interstate consistently
