Positions are available for experienced medical receptionists on a casual basis to join our friendly practices in Werribee and Truganina.**Essential Criteria**:

- Medical reception/customer service experience
- Friendly and professional manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work as part of a team or independently
- Flexibility with hours
- Detail-orientated
- Accuracy in data entry and an ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Multitasking & prioritising ability
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills - experience in using Best Practice medical software or similar software package
- Well-presented
- **Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Answering phones and making appointments
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Providing information about procedures to patients
- Billing and receipting money
- Entering and scanning patient data and documents
- Faxing and filing
- Applicants must be flexible with hours and provide cover for other shifts if required.

Travel between Friendly Medical Centre in Werribee and HealthWest Medical & Specialist Centre may be required.
