Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our patients
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and making appointments accordingly;
  • Meeting and greeting patients,
  • General administration office duties such as general typing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, printing etc.;
  • Provide administrative support to the doctors such as billing patients and Medicare, arranging follow up appointments, faxing and allocating mail via BEST PRACTICE Bulk Document import.
  • Database management.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills;
  • Professional communication both written and verbal;
  • Sound knowledge of BEST PRACTICE preferable, Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality; and
  • Professional presentation.
  • Hours Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM, no weekend or public holidays
