**Call Centre Representative - Part Time**
**Location**:Newcastle
**Rate**:$34.01 per hour plus Super
**Contract**:Starting 10th May, ongoing government contract
- Please note that the training for this role will be full-time. After training, the role will return to part-time hours. There is working from home available post training._

**Your new role**
After completing training, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls, addressing queries and providing accurate information to clients
- Providing excellent customer service
- Using multiple government systems, entering data and navigating multiple screens
- Meeting KPIs
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a government or call centre role (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or similar (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, able to 'smile through the phone'
- Tech-savvy, the ability to pick up systems quickly and navigate across multiple government programs
