Intro Recruitment has partnered with QBC - a Brisbane based civil contractor that specialise in road and bridge construction projects. Due to recent growth and success, they are looking to appoint a
**temporary Accounts Payable officer **to join the team for
**4-6 weeks assignment** with possibility going on permanent.

This role is based in their Sumner office and will assist the team to process the company's tax, payments, invoices, and reconciliations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of tax compliance
- Prepare, process, and review payments, invoices, loans, and trust accounts
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly and yearly reports
- Debt collecting duties
- Assisting in the audit process
- General accounting duties as requested by the Finance Manager
- Minimum of 2 years’ of Accounts Officer or AP Officer experience
- Experience with **MYOB, Xero, or Timberline is preferred**:

- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and organisation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Proactive and have the flexibility to meet changing project demands and requirements
