Accounts Payable Officer

Golding seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for our Finance Team in our Milton Office | Great culture + 5 weeks annual leave

With our continued growth, Golding is seeking an **Accounts Payable Officer** to work in our office located at Milton**_._**

You will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a high attention to detail. A proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for your success in the role. Your previous experience in a high volume, fast paced environment will set you up well to join our fun and tight knit Accounts Team.

We have a mature approach to work life, offering a flexible work environment with the ability to work from home 2 days a week along with 5 weeks annual leave.

**You will be required to**:

- Perform a full function accounts payable role
- Efficiently process a high volume of invoices
- Perform reconciliations of creditor accounts
- Generate and update reports
- Proactively engage in process improvement activities and initiatives
- Perform various administrative tasks and address ad-hoc queries

**You will have**:

- Minimum 3 years working in a high-volume Accounts Payable department
- Advanced SAP skills and experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder relations skills
- High level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously
