**What You’ll Do**:
- Be the operational backbone of our team—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Manage **invoicing, ordering, quoting**, and **supplier coordination** with accuracy and accountability.
- Support **marketing efforts** and help coordinate **events** that connect us with our clients and community.
- Create order from chaos: when there’s no process, you’ll build one. When there is one, you’ll follow it with precision.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination across the business.
- Speak up, contribute ideas, and help us improve how we work.
- Play a key role in helping **grow the business**—your ideas, energy, and commitment will directly contribute to the success of Concord IT.
**What You Bring**:
- A passion for the **technology industry** and a genuine interest in supporting businesses through IT.
- Experience in Office and Business Administration in **small or medium-sized businesses** where flexibility and initiative are key.
- A sharp eye for detail and a mindset that says, “I’ll figure it out.”
- Confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and suggest better ways.
- A strong sense of accountability and dedication to your craft.
- Ideally, you’re **local to Mooroolbark or nearby**—we’re looking for someone who values a short commute and being part of a close-knit, on-site team.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
