We aim to recruit and sustain a workforce focused on the shared vision of the College. **The Position** This is a part-time, ongoing role at 0.8 working across 5 days a week, commencing January 2026. The role is responsible for the College’s accounts receivable system and also provides administrative and accounting support the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer as required. Some of the core responsibilities of the role include: - Managing the Accounts Receivable process from end to end. - Controlling the debt collection process for the College. - Processing Ledger entries and completing Ledger reconciliations. - Supporting the end of month and end of year accounting processes. Further information about the role is provided in the position description attached to this advertisement. **About You** You are a proactive individual who enjoys a busy day. You have the ability to work autonomously and have previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role. Experience in the education sector is an advantage as is the ability to professionally engage with the customer base. **The School** Billanook College is an independent, co-educational Early Learning to Year 12 school situated in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
