We aim to recruit and sustain a workforce focused on the shared vision of the College. **The Position** This is a part-time, ongoing role at 0.86 FTE working across 5 days a week, commencing January 2026. The role is responsible for providing personal assistance, overall administrative and secretarial support to the Wellness Centre, College Psychologist and the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC). Some of the core responsibilities of the role include: - Act as Reception for the Wellness Centre, ensuring a pleasant and courteous manner to all parent, student and staff enquiries. - Provide confidential administrative assistance to the College Nurse, College Psychologist and the Head of Support Education. - Act as First Aid Officer supporting the College Nurse as required. - Maintain accurate medical records for students. - Maintain accurate support education records for students in the DPFC. - Provide documentation as required for school excursions, camps and sporting activities. Further information about the role is provided in the position description attached to this advertisement. **About You** You are a proactive individual who enjoys a busy day. You have the ability to work autonomously and have previous experience in a similar role or have experience in the Wellness or Support Education space. Experience in the education sector is an advantage as is the ability to professionally engage with a variety of people. **The School** Billanook College is an independent, co-educational Early Learning to Year 12 school situated in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The School has an enrolment of approx 1000 students, supported by 160 staff. Our Staff are instrumental in creating and maintaining our strong, positive culture.
