**Your next company**:
Our client is a national construction company that undertake many projects in the Defence sector. They have an office in the Adelaide suburbs and provide construction services to Defence bases and different sites. They are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the business and run projects regionally on a 2 week on, 1 week off roster, DIDO.

**Your next role**:
You will be based on regional Defence sites doing a mix of commercial and civil construction works. You will be focused on projects undertaking tasks such as managing sites for Water Pipeline works, Pumps and Pump stations, small civil works, renovation of building’s. Working as part of a great delivery team that is focused on positive team culture and providing high quality works for their clients.

**Working conditions**:

- 2 on 1 off roster or similar
- 20% uplift
- Accommodation provided whilst at site (house)
- Competitive rates for the right people

**Are you a fit**:
To be successful you will have a demonstrated history as a Site Manager running construction projects end to end ideally across both the commercial and civil construction sectors. You will be autonomous and resourceful, you will be happy to work on regional projects and on the prescribed roster. You will be a great communicator, focused on safety, quality and meeting client requirements.
