Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations on site, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including scheduling and subcontractor management
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and enforce safety requirements to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel
  • Conduct regular inspections and reports to assess work progress and quality standards
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and staff to ensure project objectives are met
  • Report/Document work progress, material usage, project timelines and any incidents or issues encountered on site, using construction management software
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • A current Building Supervisor's License, White Card, and a valid Driver's License
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on site
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Some knowledge in the use of construction management software is preferred
  • Opportunities for training and skills development
