**Job Title: Aged Care Support Worker**

**Location**: Inner and Western Suburbs Melbourne

**About Us**:
At Future Supports, we are dedicated to providing exceptional aged care services that enable individuals to live independently in their own homes. Our mission is to support our clients in maintaining their quality of life within the community.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals with qualifications in Certificate III in Aged Care and experience in providing personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for clients. We also welcome support workers with a minimum level of experience to assist with domestic duties and transport.

**What We Need from You**:

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent)
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (minimum of 2 doses)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Valid driver's license and reliable source of transport
- Effective communication skills

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
