You can search by state, by selecting a Right at Home Office near you, or by selecting a job category.#### Personal Care Assistant* **Location:** Melbourne Frankston, Victoria* **Job Type:** Casual#### DescriptionAt Right at Home Melbourne Frankston, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to older Australians and people living with a disability.As our team continues to grow, we are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dedicated care team.As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily activities to help them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting* Provide domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation* Support clients with mobility and transfers* Provide companionship and emotional support* Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities* Accurately document client notes and report changes in client condition#### Qualifications**Essential:*** Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent* Valid First Aid and CPR certificate* Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)* Working with Children Check* COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (in line with government requirements)* Australian Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
