**Your new role**

You will ensure that revenue generated is processed in an accurate and timely manner and within financial deadlines. Following up outstanding accounts and you will provide a high level of customer service to internal and external clients.

This is a varied role and responsibilities will include:

- Provide a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including investigation and resolutions of issues.
- Updating and maintaining records across a range of electronic information and billing systems, to ensure revenue generation is accurate
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate accurate billing and revenue generation
- Work effectively within a team focused environment and contribute to the review and development of practices and procedures
- Participate in team meetings, performance development and undertake any training where necessary

- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Be able to work in a high volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Health fund or Bank experience advantageous
