**The Role**

The Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing asset data, generating work orders and maintaining work schedules. As the first point of call for our Qantas Facilities office, the role keeps our teams accountable, while also positively interacting with all internal and external stakeholders.

This role is based in** Mascot, NSW.**

To be successful for the required Security Clearance for ASIC pass, you must be an **Australian Citizen or Permanent resident**.
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements,
- Support and assist the Contract Manager / Facilities Managers on daily tasks as required;
- Conduct periodic maintenance inspections of services, plant and equipment.
- Maintain and periodically recommend to the Clients appropriate updates to documentation to reflect any changes to the Building.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards.
- Understand the WHSE requirements and processes for work tasks and the elimination of workplace hazards.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to work independently, and be hghly organised and data driven at all times.
- Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering a Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services.
- Demonstrated experience in providing written reports and recommendations;
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
