An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager, Strategy & Planning to work collaboratively with the key senior staff within the SCHHS in developing and supporting a strong strategic, planning and performance improvement focus corporately and across all service and functional areas.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the SCHHS Integrated Planning Program.
As an expert, provide support and direction to Executive, Clinical Leads and Service Directors in the development of strategic, operational and health service plans to facilitate the delivery of high-quality public health services while maintaining budget integrity and patient safety and experience outcomes.
Provide leadership in the development, annual review and revision of a Health Service four-year strategic plan guided by Queensland Health Strategic Directions, responsive to the needs of the community and Government requirements. Coordinate, twice yearly reporting of key performance indicators against actual outcomes.
