- 259295Our Federal Government Client is seeking a _Platform Tech Lead - Multiple_

This is an intial 12 months contract with 1 X 12 months extension option, located at the client's _National Office in Canberra_.
- Lead and manage development teams within a dynamic environment, driving platform enhancements and improvements.
- Follow Agile Scrum methodologies for all software development projects.
- Liaise between technical and business teams, resolving issues in production and development systems.
- Track and communicate sprint progress, ensuring system showcases to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve organizational roadblocks, facilitating development across stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment using SAFe methodologies.

To be successful in this role you should have:

- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, adept in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Backend development proficiency in web API and SQL technologies.
- Knowledge and experience in technical analysis, design, and agile methodologies.
- Capability to manage staff, encourage career development, and ensure timely, quality results.
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.

It is desirable if you have:

- Relevant IT qualifications and cloud certifications.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, IT frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF), and Commonwealth ICT frameworks.
- Willingness to undergo security vetting at the Negative Vetting NV1 level.
