- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **HR Assistant** to join our team This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong administrative background, and wants to build a career in Human Resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases- Support onboarding and induction of new staff- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and policy acknowledgements- Assist in coordinating training and development programs- Help ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelines- Provide administrative support to the HR and wider team

**Qualifications**:
- Certificate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards)- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
