As a Bartender and Server at Grandma's Bar, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our esteemed patrons. Your responsibilities will include crafting and serving an array of cocktails, beers, and other beverages, as well as taking orders and serving food. You will work alongside a collaborative and enjoyable team, where professionalism and attention to detail are our topmost priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve drinks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Take orders and serve food to customers.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the bar is clean and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- No experience necessary We provide comprehensive training and development opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid RSA certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
