You are also available to work across the store opening hours, including some early mornings, late nights and one in two weekends.

**Your responsibilities**

Through your team and commercial partners, you will secure the shopping experience to ensure satisfied customers across all channels and increased sales and profitability for the store. Your responsibilities as Sales Operations Manager will include but are not limited to:

- Deliver operational standards and, together with the team, achieve financial targets and KPIs across multiple Home Furnishing Businesses
- Deliver and lead the commercial action plan for your work area to maximize sales and generate sustained long-term profitability.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and act on commercial opportunities and performance improvements.
- Secure a competent and high performing team of inspired and empowered co-workers by agreeing on clear goals, expectations and conducting follow up.
- Work with your team and other functions to ensure that the solutions within your work area are locally relevant.
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to understand the omnichannel customer shopping journey, and the part they play to ensure a seamless and positive end to end customer experience.
