
Planning & Program Lead - M&a Integrations

The Role
As a Planning and Program Lead you will be responsible for planning and tracking integration initiatives across the Australian and New Zealand Integration Management Office portfolio. You will be driving work-stream progress and ensuring cross-stream collaboration. This is a brand new permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane.
**In this role you will**:
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring they receive regular updates
Assist in defining project scope and implementation plans in consultation with the project team
Collaborate with work-stream Leads to identify, negotiate, plan and allocate the resources
Be the conduit that creates collaboration and alignment across the work-streams
Track work-stream progress and dependencies to identify any opportunities, risks and mitigation strategies required
Skills you’ll bring
Demonstrated success with experience in Program Manager role or equivalent environment
Experience in stakeholder management, to work and build relationships with a wide range of project stakeholders
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies
Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate business needs/ issues and requirements
Experience delivering M&A integration projects will be highly regarded
