We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic
**Project Administrator** with experience
**producing dashboards and reports using Power BI**.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role providing high-level administrative executive support to the branch within a federal government department. This includes complex tasks related to stakeholder management, coordination, and organizational functions.

Your role will be multifaceted, offering a diverse range of challenges and opportunities for growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing **high-level executive support to the Assistant Commissioner** and the broader branch.
- Handling complex and sensitive tasks with finesse and precision.
- Harnessing your expertise in liaison, coordination, and organizational activities.
- Ensuring compliance with administrative obligations tied to election deliverables.
- Assisting with various tasks as directed, adapting to evolving priorities.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate**:

- A minimum of **5 years' experience in Power BI report development** across Reporting Services and Cloud Services versions.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, allowing you to manage competing demands effectively.
- Sound judgment, initiative, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Confidence and adeptness in engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders of all seniority levels.
Proven experience in providing structured coordination and administrative support, even under pressure, while maintaining an eye for detail and adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills and the Microsoft Office suite.

**Desirable**:

- Previous exposure to working in an ICT environment.
- Familiarity with whole-of-government online travel booking tools and financial management solutions.
