We pride ourselves on delivering tailored teams of support workers to further enhance the quality of care; and that is why we are recruiting support workers for **multiple roles** for casual employment.
- Have excellent availability across the week
- Support participants across all of Adelaide (primarily in Adelaide's northern suburbs however not exclusively)
- Travel across metropolitan Adelaide or further as required by Just Living
- Work with individuals and groups, within-participant homes, and within the community.
- Assist participants build their capacity and independence, skill-build and provide access to their community through social inclusion; and to
- Assist participants to live independently through help and/or supervision with their daily tasks.

**You would need to**:

- Show a dedicated commitment to the NDIS Code of Conduct
- Ensure high quality supports are being delivered
- Be an excellent communicator, speak clearly and be easily understood
- Understand that the person you are supporting is at the centre of everything you do
- Understand that the person we support is an individual, with their own identity, needs and aspirations
- Be flexible, versatile, adaptable, resilient
- Have knowledge of contemporary practices in the disability sector
- Have a flexible and positive attitude/approach to their work
- Be proficient with the use of Technology such as smart phones and tablets

**Essential requirements of the role**:

- Full unrestricted Driver’s license
- A reliable vehicle that is fit for purpose and that you are not sharing.
- Full comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- NDIS Workers Clearance (must have or be willing to get)
- National Police Check (must have or be willing to get)
- Working With Children Clearance (must have or be willing to get)
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification (must have or be willing to get)
- Conduct manual tasks safely certifications (must have or be willing to get)
- Assist with Medications (must have or be willing to get)
- Seizure Management (must have or be willing to get)
- All NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- Covid 19 Vaccination Status and Covid 19 Infection control modules
- Covid Vaccinations (minimum of 2)

**Salary**: $31.60 - $41.53 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:
