**About the role**:
As the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors to Warrigal Wollongong, and will provide professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community. Using your excellent customer service and communication skills you will develop high quality professional customer relationships. You will also support the Management team by completing various administrative tasks in the day-to-day operation of Warrigal Wollongong.
There are a number of casual positions available, this can lead to permanent part time hours.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in office administration
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures including cash handling and data entry
- Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
- Demonstrated strengths in the areas of planning, time management and flexibility
- An understanding of the needs of older people
