**About the Opportunity**

We are currently on the lookout for a new
**Head of Manufacturing** to join our
**Senior Leadership Team**, this role can be located in either
**Melbourne (Reservoir)** or
**Brisbane (Strathpine)**. This role is accountable for providing and delivering the strategic direction and growth of the company’s manufacturing area. As well as leading and supporting our Technical and Quality teams. You will naturally be passionate about EHS and confident in driving new initiatives to support a safe and healthy workplace, leading and maintaining a focused culture of zero harm and ensuring continuous improvement of safety performance.

As a key member of the
**Senior Leadership Team**, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance business performance, while leading and coaching your direct reports to enable high-performing teams. You are going to be an inspirational leader, one that encourages supports, and drives manufacturing excellence in the business. You will have experience in leading multiple locations across Australia and understand the complexities that come with managing different leaders and their teams. innovative and agitate for new technology and improved processes ensuring Iplex is well-positioned to exceed our customers’ expectations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple locations across Australia
- Past experience in Engineering or Senior Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of EHS and Sustainability initiatives
- Knowledge of leading in Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical departments
- Experience managing and mentoring large teams
- Exposure to working with IR queries
- Experience in Project Management and running large-scale change initiatives
- Strong in strategic planning and creating achievable road maps
- Background in exceeding company KPIs & developing growth plans
- Confident to present to all levels of leadership
- Influence through clear, high-impact communication
- Experienced in SAP, Microsoft 360, and Kronos
- Strong business acumen and confidence in delivery results
- Available to travel to all sites in Australia
