The Psychology Spot is looking for another mental health professional to join our team. We are a group of friendly, passionate and committed practitioners doing the work we enjoy. We provide our psychologists with choice, autonomy, creative freedom and responsive support so they can focus on the client work they find most rewarding. Registered psychologists, clinical psychologists, mental health social workers or experienced clinical registrars are welcome to apply.

**The person we are looking for**:
- Understands the challenges and rewards of private practice
- Is clear and confident in their chosen therapy styles
- Shows compassion and humility through their relational style
- Is open to learning and evolving as they continue on their career
- Is familiar with Mental Health Treatment Plan referrals through GP’s
- Is open to working with some other types of referrals (e.g. NDIS, EAP, Worker Compensation)
- Would like 2 - 4 days a week contract work
