John Barnes and Co Melbourne is a long established business with over 75 years of
experience servicing Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We cover all aspects in
the locksmith industry across Victoria.

We currently have multiple position’s available to fill various rolls throughout John
Barnes and Co. We are looking for both a service manager, qualified locksmith and
also junior apprentice to join our vibrant, young and growing team to assist with the
expansion of our business.

The service manager position available would suit an experienced locksmith looking
to step away from the tools and assist with managing the service department and the
scheduling of service jobs, while also assisting the junior members of our team to
expand on their locksmithing knowledge.

The qualified locksmith and apprentice locksmith positions, will suit someone looking
to build on their skillset and assist our team to carry out a variety of different duties in
the locksmith industry. Although electronic security knowledge and experience would
be preferred, it is not essential.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience and position. Salary will be above the
standard award rate.

**To be successful in the role you will**:

- Be self-motivated and have excellent customer service skills.
- Be reliable, professional and punctual.
- Be able to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Have a recognised locksmith qualification.
- Have current drivers licence.
