**Overview**

We are hiring a hands-on strategic Content Marketer to join our team. You'll be part of a newly created team with plenty of opportunities to turn ideas into reality. Ideally, you're an adept writer and content creator passionate about creating engaging customer-centric content. We seek a bubbly, energetic, well-spoken worker with experience who is open to presenting.

The role reports to our Marketing Manager and is a hybrid position.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Create content of high quality that resonates with our target audience.
- Contribute and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with our target audiences.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Video Marketing - Develop and distribute video content that promotes the brand, its product or service, or other messages, to achieve specific goals
- Copywriting and Content Creation - Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
- Research and Insight Development - Develop deep market and customer insights to guide strategy and activities

- Written communication - Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
- Critical thinking - Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight
