**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

The Migration Implementation Manager is an expert InMoment Products and Project Management practices. This position is both people and product-oriented and owns the responsibility of delivering a high quality migration outcome to large enterprise clients. The Implementation Manager works closely with the Global Migration Team, Customer Success and our Application Specialists to ensure the best possible customer outcomes.

The Migration Implementation Manager reports to the Migration Program Manager, APAC and is currently based in Sydney Australia. The role provides a superb environment for learning the intricacies of data based migrations across multiple industries as well as close up experience of best practices in enterprise feedback management, customer experience (CX) and Voice of the Customer initiatives.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS Implementation or Project Management
- You live and breathe customer service and demonstrate a customer-first attitude at all times
- Communicates, if not over-communicates, effectively and effortlessly with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Understands deadlines and goals and can operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Serve as an expert in all aspects of the XI product providing clients with guidance throughout the migration process
- Serve as the primary contact during program migration
- Responsible for the planning, organising, and management of project tasks to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives.
- Ensure design can be fulfilled with InMoment core products
- Ensure customer requests remain within the scope of the agreed migration scope
- Coordinate between partner-customer solutions, services work and internal fulfillment teams
- Coordinate work with functional area leaders and monitor and report on project status and issues
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers during implementation and culminating in a successful handoff when the implementation has been completed
- Manage client expectations by building relationships, communicating project status, preparing reports, and facilitating regular meetings
- Work closely with the App Specialists on a daily basis to deliver services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations
- Identify areas of improvement within the product and communicate them to the Services team
