Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Utilize a knowledge base to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
Strong written communication skills.

Customer-focused with a positive demeanor.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Previous customer service experience or related field is a plus.

Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is advantageous.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Availability to work [include specific shifts, weekends, or holidays if applicable].

Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $20.33 - $81.28 per hour
