**Sounds Exciting Tell Me About the Role.**

We're in need of an inspiring leader to spearhead exceptional course experiences for our students, staff and teachers at RMIT Online. This senior leadership position will steer a dynamic team of around 25 professionals, working alongside numerous academic and industry experts. Reporting to the Product & Operations Director, you'll oversee everything from bite-sized learning modules to full Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, ensuring consistently stellar outcomes for our students. Your main mission? To drive an extraordinary student experience and achieve remarkable results, aligning with our core OKRs.

Overseeing three core teams - Course Design, Course Operations, and Teaching & Learning - you'll ensure seamless course design, partnership engagement, and delivery. From short-course micro-credentials to comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate programs, your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high-quality student outcomes across all our offerings.

As the beacon of innovation, you'll drive efficiency and impact within your teams, benefiting our staff, teachers, and students alike. Success will be measured through operational excellence and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on enhancing the student and teacher experience. Regularly reporting to RMIT Online executives, you'll be a prominent voice in our senior leadership group.

Your responsibilities will include leading key teams in course and delivery operations, managing production schedules, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery of all courses, reporting on course quality and performance, spearheading process improvements, and fostering collaboration across RMIT Online and RMIT University to meet academic and regulatory standards.
