**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate Counterbalance (CB) forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse or production floor.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other containers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate and orderly storage of materials and products in designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CB Forklift Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Valid certification or license to operate Counterbalance forklifts.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to forklift operation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
