**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Governance Officer - Payroll **to be part of our Governance and Compliance, HR Transactional Services team. The Governance Officer provides support and effective administration of payroll functions for the organisation to ensure accurate disbursement of fortnight salary and allowances.

Describe your experience working in a payroll role. Include your experiences in working with high volume of work, your ability to meet strict and or conflicting deadlines without compromising quality and high customer focus.

**Target Question 2**:
An essential requirement of your role is to have experience in end-to-end payroll operations and strong reconciliations skills. Please provide an example where you have utilised your skills in end-to-end payroll and reconciliations to improve a current process. Please emphasis on what was not working well in current process, what steps you undertook as part of improvement and how did that benefit your team or organisation.
