
Administration Services Coordinator

Vermont Aged Care is seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our reception and administration team. Our busy, family-owned aged care home has been providing respite, permanent and palliative care to our residents for over 4 decades.
- Serving others - Heart for elders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Office management/clerical skills (including use of Microsoft suite)
- Self motivation and initiative
Specific tasks include:
- Providing support to the Reception/Administration team
- Responsive customer service to key stakeholders
- Ensure resident and staff administration/documentation is maintained
- Creates an excellent 'first impression' of Vermont Aged Care
- Provide payroll and roster support to operations and finance teams
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 9 - 12 months
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
- Bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vermont, VIC 3133: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
