This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Conveyancer based in Sydney, NSW. The Conveyancer will be responsible for handling property transactions from start to finish, including liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other legal professionals. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice on property matters, arranging settlement with related parties, and ensuring all transactions comply with current laws and regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Licensed Conveyancer qualification;
- Proficient in Legal Document Preparation;
- Solid knowledge of conveyancing, and comfortable using PEXA;
- Strong organisation skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to manage large volumes of files;
- Fluency in writing and communicating in Mandarin is essential.
