**About the Team**:
Coles Financial Services (CFS) is building the future of financial services for Australians. Our team is proactive, passionate, and future-focused. And we’re backed by some of the industry’s biggest names. Together, we provide leading insurance, credit card and lending solutions for our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**:
This role will see you supporting the Insurance Product Team in the overall product and operational management of Car, Home, Landlord and Pet products.

You’ll also:

- Contribute towards delivery of product operating plans (new business sales, retention results, policies inforce, gross written premium and commission income) to drive growth and profitability objectives
- Work with team to implement product and portfolio initiatives including changes to product parameters and operational processes, coordination of regular business and initiative reporting, managing customer complaints and product process mapping and documentation
- Conduct regular competitor and market reviews
- Manage ongoing relationships across internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation of key initiatives

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a confident and collaborative professional with a strong ability to demonstrate a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

You’ll also have:

- Effective influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build and leverage relationships
- The ability to handle ambiguity, prioritise competing initiatives and excellent communication skills
- A track record of successful implementation of product or portfolio management initiatives
- Previous experience in financial services products is advantageous
