Talent Street is looking for **Test Manager **for large education institute based in Brisbane QLD.

**Commencement date : ASAP till February,24** + Possible extension**
**Location**: Brisbane,QLD

**The Test Manager will have**:

- Proven ability to manage to completion the development and implementation of an effective test management strategy and associated plans.
- Previous experience in managing testing activities including functional, system integration, data migration and UAT testing.
- Strong skills in the development and execution of test scenarios and test cases to assure the developed solution against defined requirements and workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills with a proven ability to identify and rectify risks in a timely manner whilst meeting project timeframes.
- Ability to work with and manage the outcomes of on-shore and off-shore functional and automation testers to ensure the defined testing is fully and completely executed.

This position reports to the Program Manager for supervision and workload management; however, is expected to work with Delivery Managers to execute testing.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with program, business, and technical stakeholders to effectively lead and deliver testing activity to quality assure the technologies being introduced.
- Provide input into and own the direction for Testing Strategies, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities across the program, including the definition of strategies and enabling plans to provide a considered approach to delivering and embedding testing across iterations for IT and involved business areas.
- Effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups across all levels, leveraging best-practice techniques and methodologies to achieve desired testing objectives and quality product outcomes.
- Work with Process Owners, Solution Architects, Developers and Subject Matter Experts to define and operationalise the testing approach.
- Develop and monitor the delivery of the Test Strategy and associated and Test Plans, ensuring that testing cycles are executed per well-defined testing scenarios and testing cases that will assure the solution against defined requirements and workflows.
- Capture, classify and prioritise the outcomes of the executed testing scenarios and test scripts using Zephyr.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and an ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple releases in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines.
- Strong functional understanding and useability of contemporary testing tools that are used throughout DevOps, such as Selenium and Provar.

**Highly Desirable**:
1. Previous experience deploying enterprise customer relationship management software would be highly desirable.
