Our Construction team is currently engaged on major projects throughout Australia in sectors including resources and renewables (wind and solar), transport (roads, bridges, rail, tunnels) and social infrastructure (health and education).
We act in significant matters but in appropriately sized teams, ensuring that each member of our team plays a key role and is given genuine opportunities for professional growth, client engagement and thought leadership.
**The role**
We are looking for a Lawyer with experience in dispute resolution to join our growing team. We operate in all aspects of back end construction, including litigation, arbitrations, contractual dispute resolution processes and Security of Payment adjudications, as well as providing project delivery advice to clients.
You will be an integral part of a high performing and experienced team with extensive experience in construction law across a wide range of industries. You will advise a diverse range of clients and provide sound commercial advice on all aspects of back end construction including advice as well as litigation.
