Reception Experience

- 5 days per week - Ongoing Role
Due to a new opportunity with our client we are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the their team located in the Head Office at Homebush
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering /Directing calls to correct line
- Adhoc administration duties
- Greeting incoming guest & having them sign -in, informing staff they have visitor
- Preparing of absentee list
- Sorting of mail in AM, in to correct pigeon holes
- Completing paperwork for Australia Post pick up
- Order of catering when required
- Booking of couriers when required
- Alert staff if deliveries have arrived in reception
- Keeping Boardrooms tidy
- Directing of Customer to repair centre
- Adhoc Administration support for Sales Team
- Keeping reception area tidy
- Hours of work are 8.45am to 5.15pm
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Good team player who can also work independently and understands prioritisation and work objectives.
- Must have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a high degree of customer focus (internal and external)
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
