Tess Fresh is one of Sydney's largest processing and packaging companies located in Homebush.

We are looking to fill in a part time role of Receptionist/Administrator to work two days per week. The role involves:

- Answering the phone.
- Attending to all staff and visitors that come through the reception area.
- Turn on boardroom light and turn on TV with Tess video then turn off COB.
- Turn on staff TV every morning.
- Load and unload dishwasher - Turn on each afternoon.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and contractors complete service report form.
- Purchase all condiments for office as required.
- Purchase all consumables required for all teams in the office.
- Manage stock levels and purchase all staff vending machine stock.
- Purchase all stationary and office supplies for the office.
- Check/fill customer vending machine, place order with Syed or night shift if needed.
- Logging all stock into the vending machine log sheet in the D Drive.
- Message label room to print stickers and place on container lids to put in the dispatch office.
- PO price check.
- Create stock allocation for Buyer.
- Fill printers with paper.
- Check the staff vending machine.
- Binding and laminating for all teams
- Scan Payment Runs and dockets on computer
- Assisting teams with administration duties.
- Manage and maintain first aid supplies
- Set up meeting rooms.
- Arrange catering when requested.
- Maintaining and refilling the coffee machine.
- Organising staff events etc

To be successful for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in similar field. Full training will be provided.

The role could potentially, be full time from November
