Location: Campbelltown, South Australia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Studio Owner


The Opportunity

As Studio Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role—coaching on the floor, managing your team, handling daily operations, and ensuring the highest standard of service and studio performance. You'll be the face of REVL Campbelltown, ensuring every member interaction is world-class and every training session reflects our commitment to excellence.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the floor – Coach, guide, and motivate members and coaches during sessions.
  • Team leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing coaching team.
  • Operations management – Handle studio admin including rosters, payroll, reporting, stock, and general maintenance.
  • Compliance & hygiene – Ensure the studio meets all REVL policies, safety standards, and local council regulations.
  • Reporting & communication – Liaise with the SA Franchisor and provide timely studio performance updates.
  • Member experience – Drive a culture of care, results, and professionalism to keep members engaged and progressing.
  • Marketing support – Collaborate on local marketing initiatives to grow the REVL Campbelltown community.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (Certificate IV highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • National Police Clearance

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in a fitness leadership or coaching role (REVL experience a strong advantage)
  • Strong understanding of member experience and studio operations
  • Sales, customer service, and team management skills
  • Basic business and financial literacy
  • Comfortable using digital systems (OneFitStop or similar)
