**Marketing Coordinator - CLUB MARINE**

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Club Marine's approved marketing activities. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Direct, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies that support the delivery of the organisation’s growth and profitability objectives. You will have the opportunity to work with Club Marine staff across the business as well as with head office stakeholders and external suppliers.

**You'll be responsble for**:

- Working across the Brand and Direct team to provide marketing support for key initiatives with direct accountability for areas of responsibility.
- Supporting the implementation of Club Marine's portfolio of sponsorships & events.
- Providing administration of both Merchandise and Promotional Items programs.
- Supporting the implementation and management of various marketing initiatives, campaigns and communications.
- Co-ordinating Club Marine's content across multiple platforms (online, app, social, advertising)
- Assisting with digital activities as required, including reporting and testing.
- Ensuring marketing materials are up to date and latest versions available for use, while also maintaining advertising guidelines checklists.
- Managing marketing intiatives in line with budget, processes, contracts, approvals and costs.

**Important to your success**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (desirable)
- Previous experience in a Marketing related role, working with large multidistributed or national teams.
- The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
