**Job Summary**

**Hummgroup** is looking for an energetic, motivated technology practitioner that has experience in leading cross-functional, Agile product squads, experienced in credit risk systems (one or more of decisioning, fraud, collections). As the Technical Lead your role will be responsible for and committed to the delivery of the technology roadmap

**Responsibilities in the role**:

- Leading a cross-functional agile delivery squad focusing on Credit Risk systems.
- Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using C#.Net technologies
- Work collaboratively with all team members of the agile delivery squads and support the squads in implementing these practices effectively.
- Responsible for providing technical leadership to the squad, including guiding the team's technical decisions.
- Managing any vendor relationships required to run the squad.
- Mentoring the developers in the squad, performing code reviews, and providing hand-on technical leadership
- Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions,

**Requirements of the role**:

- Experience designing and managing complex credit Risk decisioning and fraud solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving intuitions
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum based).
- Practical understanding of DevOps principles,
- Exposure to implementing CI/CD for software development,
- Proficiency in C#.Net programming language and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, SQL Serve PostgreSQL, and Oracle
- Proficiency in AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, and Lambda
- Knowledge of message queue systems
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
